CHILDREN MARTIAL ARTS CLASSES FOR AGES 5-12

At Millennium Martial Arts School in Vaughan, we teach kids Aikido and Self Defense
-For the same monthly fee students can participate in unlimited classes for any or all of the styles we offer. This provides our students with more flexibility in planning their program to fit within their schedule.

-Our students move at their own pace, gradually developing strength, both mentally and physically, balance, confidence, responsibility, courage, concentration, discipline, commitment,

self esteem and leadership skills and improved reaction to new situations.

-Our Martial Arts classes be it Aikido or Self Defense will help your children make new friends, excel in school, and believe in themselves. Our students learn to be peaceful and teach their mind to be calm and balanced by means of meditation.

Aikido Self defense Program

In our Aikido Program children learn how to defend themselves against a larger and stronger attacker and against weapons. In Aikido classes kids learn:

Break-falls, Rolls and Stances
Wooden Sword & Staff
Defend against multiple attackers
Meditation for balance and calm mind
Numerous techniques with a partner
Unlimited classes and belt evaluation

Jujitsu Self defense Program

In our Jujitsu classes children learn the basic principles of karate, jujitsu and kickboxing such as:

Stances, Punching & Kicking
Rolls and Break-falls
Blocking and Forms (Katas)
Various techniques with a partner
Sparing and Self Defense
Traditional weapons (Long Staff and Nunchaku)
Unlimited classes
