Children martial arts classes & programs in vaughan

CHILDREN MARTIAL ARTS CLASSES - AGES (6-10)
At Millennium Martial Arts School in Vaughan, we teach Children Aikido, Karate, Jujitsu & Self defense. For the same monthly or yearly fee students can participate in unlimited classes for one of the styles such as: Karate, Aikido or Jujitsu or they can take all the styles we offer with no additional charges. This provides our students with more flexibility in planning their program to fit within their schedule.

Our students move at their own pace, gradually developing strength (both mentally and physically) balance, confidence, responsibility, courage, concentration, discipline, commitment, self esteem and improved reaction to new situations. In this way, our Martial Arts classes will help your children make new friends, excel in school, and believe in themselves. Our students also learn how to meditate. By means of meditation we can teach our minds to be calm and balanced.

In our Karate Program children learn the basic principles of karate, such as stances, punching, kicking, blocking, forms (Kata), and numerous techniques with a partner and traditional weapons such as Long Staff and Nunchaku.

In our Aikido and Jujitsu classes children learn how to defend themselves against a larger and stronger opponent and against weapons attacks. Children learn stances, rolling, break-falls various traditional weapons, and numerous techniques with a partner.  The Karate/Aikido/Jujitsu program includes unlimited classes and belt evaluation.
